6. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
8. Limitation of Liability
Legalyze.legal is provided 'as is'. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the past 12 months.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
